The base of Celestial Scarab is mix of brown, purple, and gold seed beads used as curtain tie back's in the 1940's. Embellishments include stunning rhinestone stars, gold flecked Swarovski crystals, rare Miriam Haskell baroque pearl and rhinestone earrings, Metallic cabochons, Swarovski buttons, a hand painted, emerald green, iridescent 14k gold beetle bug. These beetle bugs are hand painted and constructed in Thailand, they are made of wood and 14k gold and each one is a rare treasure and collector's item.
